Is the Early Adopter price really locked forever? +
Yes. As long as your subscription stays active, you pay €14/month for life — even when we raise prices for new customers.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan? +
No. The Free plan needs only an email. You add a payment method only when upgrading to Early Adopter (validated with a €0 SetupIntent, first charge happens when the subscription starts).
What counts as a ping? +
Each HTTP call to your monitor's ping URL. A cron job running every minute generates ~1,440 pings/day per monitor.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes — cancel from your dashboard and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
